PT. Karya Beton Sudhira uses cement products with the best quality of type 1 OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement) from PT. Indocement Tunggal Perkasa tbk. Which will then be used to produce ready-mix concrete with standard and high specification of the best quality. We are experienced in serving BUMN, National Private, Foreign Private projects with the best quality and service for various concrete qualities, both K, FC, FS concrete and early strength concrete.

Trial Mix

Trial-Mix services may be provided to customers upon request. The purpose of carrying out a trial mix is to provide a transparent overview of our production processes and provide clients with a sample of the requested concrete. The trial mix enables customers to visualize the quality and type of materials to be used, mix design for the project, the batching process, slump check, slump flow, and concrete cylinder samples.

Material Analysis

PT. Karya Beton Sudhira only uses the best materials of cement, sand, and split on the market, sourced from our reputable suppliers that have been with us for numerous years. Committed to service and quality, our materials are checked regularly with our in-house laboratory facility and an independent laboratory to ensure the quality is in accordance with industry regulations and specifications required for the client’s project.

Delivery

Established for 40 years and counting, PT. Karya Beton Sudhira is experienced in serving projects of the highest difficulty. Over the years our delivery system has been refined and expanded to meet the extensive demands of our customers. Able to process customer orders in an instant accompanied by our fast dispatch, deliveries are expedited and are received in great quality. Our ability to readily dispatch fleets of trucks immediately differentiates us from
our competitors. We will ensure that our trucks will be cleaned upon and after arrival to the project site, along with taking care of the surroundings once the concrete has been unloaded off the mixer.
